Eligibility Criteria for UPSC IAS 2025

Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years as of August 1, 2025.

Age relaxations are applicable as per UPSC norms for reserved categories.

2. Number of Attempts:

General category: 6 attempts

OBC and PwBD categories: 9 attempts

SC/ST candidates: Unlimited attempts (age permitting)

3. Educational Qualification:

UPSC Civil Services 2025: Exam Steps in Details
